Healthy Journey: No Pills, No Fad Diet, No Weight Loss Clinics, No Surgery…Just Healthy Eating and Exercise

Losing weight in a health way has been our goal from the beginning. We knew going into out healthy lifestyle change that we wanted to take as many processed foods out of our diet as possible. That was a non-negotiable.

We also wanted our healthy journey to be sustainable. We have tried Keto in the past, and although we had good results…we immediately gained the weight back PLUS SOME after we got off the diet. We didn’t want that.

We also understood the importance of surrounding ourselves with people who could encourage and inspire us along the way. So we sought out people who had “been there done that” AND who were starting their healthy quest as well.

The results have been awesome AND God has definitely blessed this first stage of our life change. As we continue down the road to healthy living, we want to continue documenting and sharing our experiences and encourage and inspire y’all too. We also want to continue being inspired by y’all…Y’ALL ROCK!
