When she was 7 years old, our next-door neighbor knocked on our door. When I answered he said, “I just want you to know, you’re raising your daughter right!”
“What do you mean?”, I said.
He explained to me, “She’s out back jumping on the trampoline while singing AC/DC’s ‘It’s A Long Way To The Top’…that’s awesome!”
Her mom and I do our part to share our love of music with her (and her sister). Carly sings and Cassidy dances. I guess we did a good job of passing on our love of music!
This past weekend, Carly and her band had a show on the square of a nearby town. One of the songs she sang? It’s A Long Way To The Top (if you wanna Rock’n Roll) by AC/DC!
